Reading a stress relief book. I can definitely put it to use. I’m going to start walking the lake twice, right when I wake up and in the evening. I’m also going to start eating 3 eggs daily and try to eat closer to the ground. I want to go get the Paleo Diet book tomorrow and start instituting its principles into my eating habits. If I want to do additional exercise throughout the day I can. I also really want a rebounder. I’m going to start taking my vitamins and adrenal support medicine again. I’m also going to make sure I get more sleep. This week has been stressful as usual so I’ve been putting it off. Never again, though. Never. Again.
